How can I purchase furniture from RV Furniture Mall?
You can browse our website's online store and select the furniture you would like to purchase and then use our secure online ordering system. Fax, e-mail and postal mail orders are also accepted.

Payment and Tax Questions
What types of payment are accepted?
You may securely order online at www.rvfurnituremall.com using your Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. You can also place your order via e-mail, phone, fax, postal mail or in person. You may also pay by Certified/Bank Check, Money Order or your Discover credit card.
Do you collect sales tax?
We only collect sales tax on items shipped within Indiana State and charge the percentage corresponding to the local county to which we are shipping. We do not charge sales tax when shipping anywhere outside of Indiana.
Warranty, Cancellation and Return Policy Questions
What Is Your Warranty Policy?
We are pleased to provide a one year limited warranty on all products that we offer. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover any damage directly or indirectly derived from misuse, abuse, etc.
What are the Cancellation and Return Policies?
It is understood that furniture made to a customer's selection cannot be canceled or returned. If a cancellation or return is approved by Creative Wood Designs, Inc. based on special circumstances, it is agreed that a standard deposit amount equal to 1/3 of the total order amount may be forfeited. Regardless, any/all cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please call 260-894-4863 Ext. 104 (or contact us in writing with a phone number where you can be reached) and one of our professional staff members will assess the situation and take the appropriate action to resolve it.
