How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times vary depending on the products you order. As a general guide, most items are available to ship within 4-6 weeks. Some items are regularly available to ship within 1 week while others may take up to 12 weeks. Any items that are not typically available to ship within 4-6 weeks will note their expected availability within their detailed product descriptions (i.e., if a product description does not include an estimated delivery time, it will typically be available to ship within 4-6 weeks).

2. Please also note: All lead times quoted on products in response to specific inquiries as well as delivery times stated in confirmation e-mails are our best estimates only. While these estimates are generally very accurate, we cannot guarantee them.

What is your Delivery Policy and What are the Associated Costs?

Product prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. You are shipped initially for the price of the products then you are charged for shipment. After you have entered your shipping information we will calculate shipping costs using standard UPS and Freight calculations. Please note that furniture may be shipped in one of the following three ways depending on size, weight, location and desired service level. The shipping method to be used will be specified in the Final Order Confirmation e-mail sent to you by a member of our professional staff within 24 hours of your placing your order online. This email will give information on delivery method being used and shipping cost. If you have a preffered shipping method contact us at 260-894-4533 ext. 104 and we willl meet your shipping needs.

1. In-Home/Office delivery when Applicable: one shipping method is our In-Home/Office delivery service. This service includes delivery of furniture into a room inside of your home or office when required. In-Home/Office delivery service is available to most areas within the continental United States. If In-Home/Office delivery service is not available in your area, then Freight/Drop Shipment Delivery (Door to Door) Service will be used.
2. United Parcel Service (UPS): Available for small items and other items and delivered to your front door or reception area in accordance with standard UPS Shipping Methods. If all items in an order can be shipped via UPS, then they generally will be shipped in this way. Please note that most large furniture items are not available to ship via UPS.
3. Freight/Drop Shipment Delivery (Door to Door) Service: Available for medium and larger-sized items that cannot be shipped via UPS based on their physical weights and/or dimensional weights. Freight delivery service is available to most areas within the continental United States and typically provides delivery to your front door or reception area.
   
   Please note: Wood and paint finishes may vary. We cannot be held responsible for color matching due to variances.
   
   Please also note: Delivery dates given are approximate unless otherwise stated. Any/all claims should be made with the delivery professional upon delivery. In addition, we are not responsible for merchandise held for more than 60 days.
